A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
SUNBELT SERVICE COMPANY, INC. FOR
RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING AT 5621 -23
VALLEY DRIVE AS A NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT
CENTER.
WHEREAS, this site is one of eight locations throughout
the City where Neighborhood Alert Centers will be located.
Occupancy is scheduled for November 21, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to contract
with Sunbelt Service Company, Inc. the low bidder, in the
amount of $23,400, excluding the parking lot, to complete
the renovation of the building at 5621 -23 Valley Drive to be
used as a Neighborhood Alert Center, and to execute any
other agreements necessary to complete this renovation.
