A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD
CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
EMERGENCY VEHICLE WARNING AND SAFETY
DEVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
SERVICES, FLEET SERVICES DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award contracts to the low bidders for each item shown on the
attached bid tabulation in an amount not to exceed $65,000, for
the purchase of emergency vehicle warning and safety devices for
the Department of General Services, Fleet Services Division.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is further authorized to
extend the contract for one additional year per the terms of the
bid.

additional year as per the terms of the bid and with City
Managers approval.
