A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO APPEAL A DENIAL FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY SECOND GENESIS
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
(Z- 5574).

WHEREAS, an appeal was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 24th day
of July, 1992, asking the Board of Directors to reconsider a
denial for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a halfway house
for female prisoners located at 2212 Fillmore Street within the
Forrest Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, in Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of .September, 1992.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
