RESOLUTION NO. 8,759
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT, HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER
COMMISSION, OAKLAND- FRATERNAL CEMETERY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, AND THE PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Mr. James Burt Taggart, Jr. (Architect), appointed to
fill the unexpired term of Cynthia G. Gremillion, said
term expiring February 4, 1993.
Mr. Kirby Rowland (Civil Engineer), appointed to a
three year term expiring February 4, 1995.
(b) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. John Bush reappointed to a three year term,
expiring June 15, 1995.
Ms. Julie Wiedower (Quapaw Quarter member), appointed
to a three year term expiring June 15, 1995.
(NOTE: Mr. Carl Menyhart, Jr. was redesignated from
Quapaw Quarter member to the Architect
position.)
(c) LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMISSION
Mr. Robert Lane, reappointed to a four year term
expiring August 1, 1996.
(d) OAKLAND- FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Mrs. Jerry Briggs, reappointed to a three year term
expiring June 1, 1995.

expiring June 1, 1995.
Mr. George Wittenberg, Jr., reappointed to a three year
term expiring June 1, 1995.
Mr. A. J. Wrape, reappointed to a three year term
expiring June 1, 1995.
(e) PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL (Private Sector)
Mr. Byron Dillard, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Ralph White, said term expiring May 3, 1993.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
