A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO RENEW AN ANNUAL CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SIEMENS AND TEL
PLUS TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT AND
REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR VARIOUS CITY
WHEREAS, this renewal represents the third year of a six
year contract; and
WHEREAS, bids previously taken have confirmed that Heritage
Communications is the sole source for the supply of Siemens and
Tel Plus phones and parts in the state.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to renew the
annual contract with Heritage Communications for one additional
year for the purchase of Siemens and Tel Plus telephone equipment
and replacement parts for various City departments.
