A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF
WEST 15TH, WEST 16TH STREETS AND LEANDER
DRIVE, IN BLANKINSHIP AND JOSEPHINE PANKEY
(SECOND ADDITION) ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors

of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 24 day of June,
1992, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
Leander Street from South line of West 15th Street to North line of
Lot 12, Block 1, Blankinship's Addition; West 16th Street from
South line of Lot 7, Block 2, Josephine Pankey's Second Addition to
the North line of Lot 2, Josephine Pankey's Second Addition and
i
Block 1, Blankinship's Addition approximately 200 feet; West 15th
Street, if extended, from the East line of Vogler Street to the
West line of Leander Street, all in the City of Little Rock, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as designated on the plats of said
Additions now appearing of record in Plat Book 18, Page 78 and Plat
Book 1, Pages 29, 137 and 221 in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting
of the Board of Directors
in the
City Hall at 6:00 o'clock
P.M. on
the 4th day of August,
1992.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once

a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
