RESOLUTION NO. 8,740
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT TO
ARKANSAS KENWORTH FOR AUTOMOTIVE
FILTERS FOR TRUCKS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES,
FLEET SERVICES DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to extend the
contract to Arkansas Kenworth for a one year period per the terms
of the contract, in an amount not to exceed $21,911.35 for
automotive filters for trucks and heavy equipment for the
Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.
