A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A ONE YEAR RENEWAL
CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWEST EMPLOYEE
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BEGINNING JULY 1,
1992.

WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was issued in April, 1992,
for the third year of a three year contract period for employee
assistance program services; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No.
15,221, the selection committee reviewed proposals and determined
that Southwest Employee Assistance Program is the most qualified
provider of the two submitting proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to renew a one
year contract with Southwest Employee Assistance Program for
employee assistance program services beginning July 1, 1992.
