A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A PLAT AND BILL OF
ASSURANCE OF LOT 91 CHENAL
PROFESSIONAL CENTRE.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is the owner of a tract of
land on Chenal Valley Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that the tract of land be platted,
that an easement be reserved therein, and that a Bill of
Assurance be executed and filed of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a plat
of Lot 9, Chenal Professional Centre, reserving an easement for
utilities and drainage therein, and to execute a Bill of
Assurance of Lot 9 in substantially the form attached hereto.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, 500 West Markham,
Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, hereinafter termed Grantor, is the
sole owner of the following described lands lying in the County
of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to wit:
Lot 9, Chenal Professional Centre
addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas
AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable to plat the above - described
property and to reserve an easement for utilities and drainage
therein;
THAT GRANTOR has caused said tract of land to be surveyed
by White - Daters and Associates, a Registered Professional
Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title NPlat of Lot 9, Chenal
Professional Centre", and dated April 17, 1992, and containing
the signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page and the
Grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
This plat correctly represents all boundary and monuments
required by the Little Rock subdivision rules and regulations.
The strip of land shown by dimension on the Plat which is
marked "10' Easement" is reserved for the use of utilities and
drainage and subject at all times to the proper authorities. The
owners of this land shall take title subject to the easement and
to the rights of-the public generally.
Filing this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas shall be valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the easement shown on the Plat.
Hereafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot
number as shown on the Plat shall be a proper and sufficient
description thereof.
The considerations set forth in the parent document of
Chenal Valley Subdivision are hereby approved by the City of
Little Rock Planning Commission. Any additional requirements,
restrictions or statements are entered without review or action
by the Planning Commission and shall not be considered part of
the Little Rock Planning Commission requirements for plat
approval.
