NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Southern Company in the amount of
$21,582 for the replacement of a defective underground fuel tank
at 1324 S. Shackleford (Fire Station #9).
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in
Account Number 210 -214- 0215 -6081.
