A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
REIMBURSE LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY FOR
SANITARY SEWER RELOCATIONS FOR THE FOURCHE
CREEK PROJECT, PHASE VI.
WHEREAS, a local cooperation agreement with the Corps of
Engineers requires the City of Little Rock to be responsible for
utility relocations; and
WHEREAS, this relocation was part of the construction
necessary for channel excavation in Rock and Grassy Flat Creeks as
part of the Fourche Creek Project; and
WHEREAS, the facilities are existing utility right -of -ways
and are reimbursable, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark., Resolution
Number 7,487.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
reimburse Little Rock Wastewater Utility $32,932.28 sanitary sewer
relocations necessary for channel excavation in Rock and Grassy
Flat Creeks as part of the Fourche Creek Project, Phase VI.
SECTION 2: Said funds are available in Account No. 499-
220 -8666.
