REIMBURSE ARKANSAS LOUISIANA GAS COMPANY
$15,199.97 FOR THE RELOCATION OF A 10N GAS
PIPELINE NEAR ASHER AVENUE AND ROCK CREEK,
FOR THE FOURCHE PROJECT, PHASE III.

WHEREAS, a local cooperation agreement with the Corps of
Engineers requires the City of Little Rock to be responsible for
utility relocations; and
WHEREAS, this relocation was part of the construction
necessary relocate a gas pipeline that conflicted with channel
improvements along Rock Creek; and
WHEREAS, the facilities are existing utility right -of -ways
and are reimbursable, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark., Resolution
Number 7,487.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
reimburse Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company $15,199.97 for the
relocation of a 10" gas pipeline on the Fourche Creek Project,
Phase III.
SECTION 2: Said funds are available in Account No. 499-
220 -8666.
