A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. RALPH L.
WHITE TO THE BOARD OF CONNISSIONERS 176
OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS.
WHEREAS, the unexpected death of Commissioner Russell H.
Matson, Jr., January 16, 1992, created a vacancy on the Board of
Commissioners, Little Rock Municipal Water Works; and
WHEREAS, the term that Mr. Matson was serving will not
expire until October 31, 1993; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ralph L. White has been nominated and
appointed by the remaining commissioners to fill the remaining
unexpired term of Mr. Matson, subject to the approval of the
Little Rock Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS,
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Mr. Ralph L. White is hereby appointed to the
Board of Commissioners, Little Rock Municipal Water Works, to fill
the unexpired term of the late Commissioner Russell H. Matson,
Jr., said term expiring October 31, 1993.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
