A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE
DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE FIRE SERVICE FOR ONE
YEAR TO CERTAIN BUSINESSES OUTSIDE THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Fire Department is hereby
authorized to provide service on a contract basis from May 1,
1992 to April 30, 1993, to Sharper Image, 2200 E. 145th;
Siemens - Allis, Inc., 14000 Dineen Drive; Levi - Strauss, 15000
Panatella Parkway; Elf Asphalt, 89 Shamburger Lane; and Wildwood
Park, 20919 Denny Road. In addition, in the event the Little
Rock Fire Department responds to an alarm each business will pay
$100.00 per company responding to the alarm for each hour or part
of an hour of service provided.
