A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, AND CITY SAFETY
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND HISTORY BOARD OF
Ms. Betty Dortch Russell, reappointed to a four year
term, said term expiring November 15, 1996.
Ms. Julie McDonald, reappointed to a four year term,
said term expiring November 15, 1995.
(b) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Mr. Jeffrey R. Hathaway, reappointed to a three year
term, said term expiring February 4, 1995.
(c) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ms. Freddie Nixon, appointed to a three year term, said
term expiring December 31, 1994.
Ms. Berniece S. Benjamin, appointed to a three year
term, said term expiring December 31, 1994.
Mr. Sherman Banks, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Dr. Betty Overton, said term expiring December 31,
1992.
(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Ms. Liz Williams Eldridge, appointed to a three year
term, said term expiring October 19, 1994.

(e) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION
Mr. Keith Madison, reappointed to a three year term,
said term expiring January 2, 1995.
Mr. James Moorehead, reappointed to three year term,
said term expiring January 2, 1995.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
