A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A PORTION OF
THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 359, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a request was filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 24th
day of February, 1992, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way pursuant to
Arkansas Code Annotated Sec. 14 -54 -104 (1987) described as
follows:
All of the East 90 feet of the east -west alley in
Block 359, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
subject, however, to an easement for public utilities and
drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 17th day of March, 1992.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
