A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
KARILYNN BAEYENS, D.V.M. TO PROVIDE
VETERINARY SERVICES TO THE LITTLE
ROCK ZOO.

WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was issued for a contract
to provide veterinary services to the Little Rock Zoo; and
WHEREAS, of the twenty -one area veterinary clinics
contacted, Dr. Baeyens was the only one to respond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Marilynn Baeyens, D.V.M. to provide
veterinary services to the Little Rock Zoo.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is further authorized to
approve two additional years per the terms of the contract.
