A RESOLUTION E %PRESSING INTENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO CONTINUE SUPPORT OF CENTRAL
HEALTH UNIT.

WHEREAS, Pulaski County and the City of Little Rock are
committed to the operation of a new central Health Unit at I -630
and Pine Street in Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Pulaski County Quorum Court has appropriated its
share of the construction cost in Ordinance 91 -OR -122.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; THAT
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock expresses its intent to
annually appropriate an amount of monies for its pro -rata share of
new clinic cost computed as that amount necessary to retire
$1,290,500 in tax exempt debt in twenty equal annual payments.
This amount should be in addition to sums paid by the City to the
County for the City's pro -rata share of agreed upon operating
costs.
