OLUTION NO. 8,580 •
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO 8N SANITARY SEWER LINES
IN PHASES III AND IV ON THE FOURCHE CREK
PROTECT.
WHEREAS, a local cooperation agreement with the Corps of
Engineers requires the City of Little Rock to be responsible for
utility relocations; and
WHEREAS, this relocation is necessary to perform channel
excavation in Phases III and IV of the Fourche Creek project; and
WHEREAS, these utilities are reimbursable under Resolution
Number 7,487.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Allen and Hampton Construction
Company in an amount not to exceed $43,995 for construction of two
80 sanitary sewer lines on the Fourche Creek, Phases III and IV
project.
