A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KPMG PEAT MARWICK
TO PROVIDE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1991
AND 1992•

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors authorized a
renewable agreement with KPMG Peat Marwick in Resolution 8,000, and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined
that revisions to that agreement with KPMG Peat Marwick are in the
best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with KPMG Peat Marwick to provide certified
public accounting services to the City of Little Rock for the years
1991 and 1992 at an annual fee not to exceed $71,750 plus up to
$2,500 in out -of- pocket expenses.
