8532 - 7-16-91RESOLUTION NO. 8,:532 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE WEST SIXTH STREET BETWEEN VALENTINE & MAPLE STREETS IN C.O. KIMBALL & BODEMANN'S ADDITION AND WEST SIXTH STREET BETWEEN VALENTINE AND VALMAR STREETS IN MCINTOSH'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 6th day of June, 1991, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of West Sixth Street between Valentine & Maple Streets in C.O. Kimball & Bodemann's Addition as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 29, Page 572 and West Sixth Street between Valentine & Valmar Streets in McIntosh's First Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, Page 247 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of August 1991. 313 Fq C49 SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
