NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Newton Equipment Company in an amount
not to exceed $70,791.76 for the purchase of 2 gang flail mowers
for the Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.
