RESOLUTION NO. 8.512
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION, ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF
SCIENCE AND HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT,
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, CITY SAFETY COMMISSION, HOUSING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS, MOTION PICTURE AND
TELEVISION COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION, AND
THE PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION:
Ms. Claudia Hammans Stallings, appointed to a three
year term expiring December 16, 1994 (and to complete
the six months remaining term of Ms. Kay Arnold).
(b) ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE & HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Mr. Ari Merretazon, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mr.Carl Whillock, said term expiring November
15, 1993.
(c) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
Mr. Jeffrey Hathaway, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. James Mitchell, said term expiring February
4, 1992.
(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
Ms. Jo Marva Rancifer, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Theodoshia Cooper, said term expiring
October 19, 1993.
(e) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION:
Ms. Ginny Hatch, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. Douglas Hardin, said term expiring January 2,
1993.
Mr. J. David Leggett, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Lloyd Noel, said term expiring January 2,
1993.

a 3 year term expiring May 3, 1994.
Mr. James Miller, (Education VoTech Sector) reappointed

Mr.Richard Tucker, (Public Employment) reappointed to
a three year term expiring May 3, 1994.
