A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A ONE YEAR RENEWAL CONTRACT WITH ADJUSTCO, INC. TO
PROVIDE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION AND LASS CONTROL
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: WORKERS'
COMPENSATION PROGRAM BEGINNING JULY 1, 1991.

WHEREAS, Adjustco has submitted a renewal proposal for the
the second year of a maximum three year contract period; and
WHEREAS, Adjustco's proposed rates for the 1991 Workers'
Compensation year results in total costs which are less than the
1990 rates submitted by the second lowest bid received in response
to the 1990 Request for Proposal; and
WHEREAS, Adjustco continues to provide excellent service to
the City of Little Rock Workers' Compensation program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to nenew
a one -year contract with Adjustco for the period July 1, 1991
through June 30, 1992, to provide claims administration and loss
control service to the City of Little Rock Workers' Compensation
program.
