NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a one year contract with UNUM Life Insurance Company to provide long -term disability insurance coverage for non - uniform City employees effective May 1, 1991.
