A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH L.E.G. ENTERPRISES, INC.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AT 19TH AND UNIVERSITY AND AN EMERGENCY FLASHING
SIGNAL AT 54TH AND UNIVERSITY (FIRE STATION #11.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to L.E.G. Enterprises, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $83,663.48 ($79,679.50 contract plus 5% contingency)
for the purpose of installing a traffic signal at 19th and
University and an emergency flashing signal at 54th and University
(Fire Station #11.)
SECTION 2: Funds are available for the 19th and University
signal in Account No. 210- 220 - 0143 -0750 and funds are available for
the 54th and University emergency flashing signal in Account No.
210 - 340 - 0218 -0750.
