A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8,464 TO
RESCHEDULE THE PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 1
OF THE REPLAT OF PLEASANT PLACE ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 1st day of
March, 1991, asking the Board of Directors to vacate a portion of
a public utility easement in Lot 1 of the Replat of Pleasant Place
Addition to the City of Little Rock Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 31,
Page 5, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8,464 was adopted on March 19, 1991
by the Board of Directors setting the hearing date for said
Petition on the 16th day of April, 1991, at 6:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, Applicant has requested deferral of the hearing on
the Petition until May, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution No. 8,464 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
The hearing of said Petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the
21st day of May, 1991.
