RESOLUTION NO. 8,480
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LOTTIE SHACKELFORD AS
THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS FOR ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE
ADMINISTRATION OF THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP
ACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lottie Shackelford is hereby designated as
the official representative of the Board of Directors for
all matters pertaining to the administration of the 1983 Act
of Congress known as the Job Training Partnership Act.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from the date of its approval.
