A RESOLUTION NAMING THE NEW ACTIVITY ROOM
AT DUNBAR COMMUNITY CENTER THE ALBERT C.
LAMB, SR., HALL.
WHEREAS, Albert C. Lamb, Sr. served as Dunbar's first
Community Center Director; and
WHEREAS, he faithfully performed as an outstanding City
employee for 21 years; and
WHEREAS, his work at the community center set the stage for
its many new programs; and
WHEREAS, Albert C. Lamb, Sr. passed away on March 11, 1991,
just two days before Dunbar's reopening ceremony.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The activity room at Dunbar Community Center is
hereby named the "Albert C. Lamb, Sr., Hall".
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
