A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON APRIL 2, 19911 TO CONSIDER THE
ISSUANCE OF SEWER REVENUE BONDS IN THE MAXIMUM
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $6,000,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That April 2, 1991, at 6:00 p.m. shall be the date
and time for a public hearing to consider the issuance of sewer
revenue bonds in the maximum principal amount of $6,000,000 for the
purpose of financing the costs of rehabilitating the sewerage
system and correcting severe collection system structural
deficiencies, costs incidental thereto and costs of issuing the
bonds.
