A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
IN LOT 1 OF THE REPLAT OF PLEASANT PLACE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 1st day of March, 1991, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate a portion of a public utility easement in Lot 1 of the
Replat of Pleasant Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book
31, Page 5, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said Petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of
April , 1991.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
