A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MCCLELLAND CONSULTING
ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES TO BRING
UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS IN COMPLIANCE WITH
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND DEPARTMENT OF
POLLUTION CONTROL AND ECOLOGY REQUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2 -243 of the Little Rock Code
of Ordinances, the Architect Review Committee reviewed requests
for qualification for engineering services to bring underground
fuel storage tanks in compliance with Environmental Protection
Agency and Department of Pollution Control and Ecology
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. in an
amount not to exceed $48,250 for engineering services for the
following locations:
1. Fleet Services, 3314 J. E. Davis Drive
2. City Hall, 500 West Markham
3. Fire Station No. 2, 520 East 9th Street
4. Fire Station No. 3, 4321 West 22nd Street
5. Fire Station No. 6, 2218 West Roosevelt Road
6. Fire Station No. 17, 7414 Doyle Spring Road
7. Rebsamen Park Golf Course, 4500 Rebsamen Park Road
S. War Memorial Golf Course, 5301 West Markham
9. 1910 Thayer Street
