man were declared elected and appoint as a Board of Assessors for said Street Improvemen.

The Board of Health then returned the petition of the Western Meat & Grooery Com-
pany asking permission to erect, Maintain and operate an Abbatoir or slauchter house on
West 12th Street Pike about one-half mile east of the Reform School, in a000rdance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 2126, with the following report " After considering the
report of the sub-co mmittee which visited this location, the Board of Health recommends
that this petition be granted. Which report was adopted upon motion of Alderman MaCaii
The Board of Tlealth then returned the petition of V K Brown, asking permission to
operate a slaughter house under the provisions of Ord® Now 2126 passed August 24,1914,
