There was then taken, up the followir.g ordinance returned by the Board of Health
with the followinV report The Board o Tlealth recommends that the within ordinance be
passed by the City Council," report being adopted upon motion of Alderman Brickhouse,

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1711 PROVIDENG FOR LOCATION OF DAIRIES IN TH
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND DEFINING DAIRY DEPOT.
Which ordinance having been read the first time on February lst, 1915; the same
was now read the second time; and by unaimous vote of all the members of the council
present, being 14 in, number, and more,- than t,,,To thirds of all the members of tho, counci

elect, the rules were suspended and the ordinance read the third and last time,, and the
yea and nay vote being taken upon the question " Shall the ordinance pass", and the rol

then being called the following Aldermen voted "Aye" Harper, McCain, Leiser, Daniel,
Palez, Lennon, Younger, Ginoochio, Duttlinger, Frank, Black, Adams, Brickhouse, and
H Powers, total "Nays" ?done. one. "Absent" Smith and Hollis, total 2. And said ordinano
was declared passed,
