Sewer Diso' Which ordinance was read the first time; and then upon motion of Alderman Younger same was referred to the Public Utility and Sewer Committees. There was then taken up an ordinance, presented by Alderman Whitcomb, entitled:- Ord. 2159 AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH Reassess— OF THE'SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN SEWER IMPROVEMEATT DISTRICT NO-70 ing Sewerkl, No. 70. OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. Which ordinance 'was read the first time; and by unanimous vote of all the members of the council present, being 14 in number and more then two thirds of all the members of the council elooto the rules were suspended and the ordinance read the second time; and by unanimous vote of all the members of the council present, being 14 in number and more than two thirds of all the members of the council, elect, the rules were again sus- pendod and the,ordinanoo read the third and last time; and the yea and nay vote being taken upon the question " Shall the ordinance pass and the roll then being called the following Aldermen voted "Aye" Harper, Rieglar, Leiser, Palez, Smith, Whitcomb, Hollis, Lange, 'Younger, Prank, Dutlinger, Adams, Black, and Briokhouse, total 14.
