The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas met in reconvened session
with Mayor Dailey presiding. Assistant City Clerk, Nataki Blocker called the roll with
the following Directors present: Vice Mayor Hinton, Pugh, Stewart, Graves, Kumpuris,
Adcock, Wyrick, Hurst, and Mayor Dailey. Director Keck was absent.
The meeting was reconvened from October 21, 2003 for the purpose of discussing Levi
Revised Short Form PD -R.
Mayor Dailey stated the applicant had sent a letter addressed to the Mayor and Board of
Directors which stated that he would like to withdraw the ordinance appealing the
Planning Commission's recommendation to deny the establishment of a Planned Zoning
District tiled Levi Revised Short Form DR -R located on the southwest corner of Monroe
and "C" Street.
Director Cazort stated that at last weeks meeting the Board had voted to send this item
back to the Planning Commission subject to whether or not Mr. Levi wanted to go
forward, and since he has indicated he does not want to move forward, there is nothing
for the Board to do. Mr. Tom Carpenter, City Attorney confirmed this was correct, that
the item had already been sent back to the Planning Commission and all Mr. Levi was
saying was that he didn't want the Board to act upon it.
1. ORDINANCE To appeal the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny the
establishment of a Planned Zoning District titled Levi Revised Short -Form PD -R
located on the southwest corner of Monroe and "C" Street. Planning Commission: 0 yes, 8
no, 3 absent. Staff recommends denial.
Synopsis: The applicant proposes to revise a previously approved Planned Residential Development to
allow the creation of a four -lot plat.
Director Cazort made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Vice Mayor Hinton seconded the
motion, and by unanimous voice vote of the Board members present, the meeting
adjourned .
