Amend the caption of the ordinance by Inserting after the. words " in the City of' Little Rock", and before the words " and for the tronsfer of passengers" on th ninth and tenth lines the follo*,-qg words: " And Pulaski Heights". Amend Section 1) Sun-Division Sixth,(A) 011 the eig),ith lino of the second page, by inserting after the words 11 on any of its lines In the city limits", and before the word "provided", the following words*. " as now or may liereafter be fixed, and Pulaski Heights". 6 Amend Section 2 by striking out after the words, "this ordinance", on the first line of said Section, and before the wrds "shall take effect and be in full force" the following words: It being necessary for the i.=ediate preservation of the public {. Rock shall grant to the Inter-City Terminal Railway Company and the Little Rock, Pine Bluff F, astern. Traction Company franchises to enter the City of Little Rock over the free i! bridge and that said franchises shall ,be accepted by the said companies and the bond required of them shall be filed as provided therein within sixty days from the pas i 0 it sage of this ordinance by the City Council, otherwise to be null and void."
