RESOLUTION NO. 12,467
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT DR. BOB HALE, D.V.M. TO THE ANIMAL SERVICES
ADVISORY BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Little Rock Resolution No. 10,906 provides for appointments to the Animal Services
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Animal Services Advisory Board for a Little Rock resident who
holds a current and valid license in good standing as a doctor of veterinary medicine, and
WHEREAS, Dr. Bob Hale meets these requirements and is interested in serving on the Animal
Services Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Dr. Bob Hale, D.V.M. is hereby appointed to fill a vacancy created on the Animal
Services Advisory Board by the expiration of the term of Dr. Cole Bierbaum, for a term of office to expire
November 28, 2008.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
