RESOLUTION NO. 12,407
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE INCREASE OF THE DAILY STORAGE FEE
RATE AT THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Vehicle Storage Facility currently charges a storage fee of
$25.00 per day, and
WHEREAS, research indicates that a daily storage fee of $35 to $45 is being charged at other
storage lots in the City, and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been made to increase the current rate of $25 per day to $30 per
day for the storage fee at the City's Vehicle Storage Facility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors approves the increase of the daily storage fee rate at the
City of Little Rock Vehicle Storage Facility from $25 per day to $30 per day.
Section 2. Severabi/ity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
