The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas met in reconvened session
with Mayor Dailey presiding. The roll was called by City Clerk, Nancy Wood, with the
following Directors present: Pugh, Stewart, Lichty, Kumpuris, Adcock, Wyrick and Vice
Mayor Cazort. Director Hinton, Keck and Graves were not present at roll call, but
enrolled at 4:10 PM.
The meeting was reconvened from December 3, 2002 for the purpose of interviewing Mr.
Donald Cobb for the position of City Manager for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Vice Mayor Cazort, seconded by Director Kumpuris, made a motion to go into executive
session to interview Mr. Donald Cobb. By unanimous voice vote of the Board members
present, the meeting was recessed at 4:10 PM, for the Board of Directors to go into
executive session for the purpose of interviewing Mr. Donald Cobb for the Little Rock
City Manager position. The meeting was reconvened at 5:50 PM.
Mayor Dailey announced the interviews for all candidates had now been completed and
the Board anticipated taking action to announce the new City Manager at the December
17, 2002 regular Board of Directors Meeting.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Cazort to adjourn the meeting; Director Kumpuris
seconded the motion and by unanimous voice vote of the Board members present; the
meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
