The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas met in a Special Session with
Mayor Dailey presiding. The roll was called by City Clerk, Nancy Wood, with the
following Directors present: Hinton, Stewart, Lichty, Keck, Kumpuris, Adcock, and
Vice Mayor Cazort. Director Hinton, Wyrick and Graves were not present at roll call,
but enrolled at 4:05 PM.
The Special Meeting was called by Mayor Dailey for the purpose of interviewing Mr.
Bruce Moore for the position of City Manager for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Vice Mayor Cazort, seconded by Director Adcock made a motion for the Board of
Directors to go into executive session for the purpose of interviewing Mr. Bruce Moore
for the position of Little Rock City Manager. By unanimous voice vote of the Board
members present, the meeting was recessed at 4:10 PM. The meeting was reconvened at
5:30 PM.
Mayor Dailey announced that the Board had interviewed Mr. Bruce Moore for the Little
Rock City Manager position and that the December 3rd, 2002 Board of Directors Meeting
would be recessed to December 11, 2002 for the purpose of interviewing the final
candidate, Mr. Donald Cobb.
Director Adcock made a motion; seconded by Vice Mayor Cazort to adjourn. By
unanimous voice vote of the Board members present, the meeting was adjourned at 5:35
PM.
