AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS
WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE, TO ALLOW THE
CREATION OF A PIPE STEM LOT AND TO ALLOW AN
INCREASED LOT DEPTH OF THE PIPE STEM LOT FOR
RED BUD ACRES PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1539),
LOCATED AT 6200 RED BUD LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Red Bud Acres Preliminary
Plat (5- 1539), located at 6200 Red Bud Lane as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -231 for the Red Bud Acres Preliminary Plat (5- 1539), located at 6200 Red
Bud Lane, to allow the development of a lot without public street frontage for Red Bud
Acres Preliminary Plat (5- 1539), located at 6200 Red Bud Lane.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(f) to allow the development of a pipe stem lot and Section 31 -2 to allow
an increased depth of a pipe stem lot for the Red Bud Acres Preliminary Plat (5- 1539),
located at 6200 Red Bud Lane.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
