AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS
WITH AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO
FOR BURNS REPLAT OF PART OF THE WEST 1/2, TRACT
17 GLOECKLER ACRES (5- 1534), LOCATED ON DOYLE
SPRINGS ROAD, SOUTH OF ROSSWOOD DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Burns Replat of Part of the
West %2, Tract 17 Gloeckler Acres (S- 1534), located on Doyle Springs Road, South of
Rosswood Drive as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) for the Burns Replat of Part of the West 1/2, Tract 17 Gloeckler Acres
(5- 1534), located on Doyle Springs Road, South of Rosswood Drive, to allow the
development of lots with an increased lot depth to width ratio for Lots 2 and 3.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
