Ordinance 19,608 (10- 03 -06) bearing the following title was recorded in error as
Instrument Number 2006080592 on October 11, 2006. We regret any inconvenience this
has caused and ask that this document be recorded along with the original.
The ordinance failed passage by a unanimous vote of the Little Rock Board of Directors
on October 3, 2006.
ORDINANCE
To amend the Land Use Plan (16,222) in the Rodney Parham Planning
District from Single- Family to Suburban Office (LU- 06- 02 -01); and for
Other matters. Planning Commission: 0 ayes, 9 nays, 2 absent. Staff recommends
denial. Synopsis: A Land Use Plan amendment in the Rodney Parham Planning
District from Single - Family to Suburban Office, located at the northwest corner of
Markham Street and Santa Fe Trail. This item was referred back to the Planning
Commission due to a change in the related Planned District. The Commission has
returned the item with a recommendation of denial.

(16,222) IN THE RODNEY PARHAM PLANNING
DISTRICT FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO SUBURBAN
OFFICE; AND FOR OTHER MATTERS
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the northwest corner of Markham and Santa Fe Trail be
amended from Single Family to Suburban Office.
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
