RESOLUTION NO. 12352
3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH FRALEY ROOFING, INC., TO SUPPLY
5 LABOR AND MATERIALS TO INSTALL A NEW ROOF ON THE
6 UPPER PORTION OF THE CITY HALL GARAGE, FOR THE
7 AMOUNT OF SIXTY -EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
8 DOLLARS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, Invitation to Bid #6261R was issued to supply labor and materials
11 to install a new roof on the upper portion of the City Hall Garage, and Fraley Roofing,
12 Inc. submitted the only qualifying bid in the amount of Sixty -Eight Thousand, Nine
13 Hundred Dollars ($68,900.00;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
17 into a contract with Fraley Roofing, Inc., to supply labor and materials to install a new
18 roof on the upper portion of the City Hall Garage, in the amount of Sixty -Eight
19 Thousand, Nine Hundred Dollars ($68,900.00).
20 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from the Building Services
21 operating budge, Acct. #100 - 220 - 2370 -8010.
22 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
23 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
24 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
25 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
26 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
27 resolution.

Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
