On projects similar in nature to this project, our historical database indicates that the cost for a ground up medical facility, similar to what is existing, range from $203-$220/sf. This includes the cost for the building only and does not include any costs for associated parking, landscaping etc... If we were to valuate the building as if we were replacing the building, the cost for such work would be between $1,278,900 and $1,386,000.
