Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 14 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 ; thence North along the East line
of said. SW 1/4 NE '/4 on a bearing of North 1 deg. 03 min. East a distance of 432.2 feet to
the South side of Taylor Loop Road; thence along the South side of Taylor Loop Road
North 56 deg. 13 min. West a distance of 101.5 feet; thence North 60 deg. 47 min. West a
distance of 208.5 feet; thence North 67 deg. 37 min. West a distance of 139.5 feet; thence
North 72 deg, 05 min. West a distance of 178.5 feet to the intersection of the East side of
Carter Road with the South side of Taylor Loop Road; thence South 1 deg. 07 min. West

THE PURPOSE FOR THIS REVISION TO THIS C.U.P. IS TO UPDATE THE PHASING PLAN
TO REFLECT THE BUILDINGS ALREADY CONSTRUCTED AND TO BETTER REPRESENT THE
SEQUENCE IN WHICH THE SITE IS ANTICIPATED TO BE DEVELOPED. AS A PART OF THIS
REVISION, A DEFERRAL IS SOUGHT OF THE HALF—STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENT
ALONG TAYLOR LOOP ROAD FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS. THE RIGHT—OF—WAY FOR
