Rock Planning Commission,
Recovery Centers of Arkansas (RCA) is a community-based provider of
services for substance abuse and related disorders and is in the process of
purchasing the property located at 9219 Sibley Hole Road in Little Rock,
Arkansas. As a part of this process, RCA is requesting a Special Use
Permit from the city of Little Rock to use this property and its facilities as
a Group Care Facility to provide services for individuals with substance
abuse and related disorders.
The current tenant of this property is a non-profit organization that
provides substance abuse treatment and is operating the facility with a
Special Use Permit for a Group Care Facility.
Assuming the purchase of the property is successful, Recovery Centers of
Arkansas is requesting a Special Use Permit to operate the property
located at 9219 Sibley Hole Road as a Group Care Facility in the same
manner that it is currently being operated.
It is the mission of Recovery Centers of Arkansas to enable individuals to
live free from the abuse of alcohol and/or drugs by providing treatment
programming and other professional services within an atmosphere of
dignity and respect.
Recovery Centers of Arkansas is licensed by the Arkansas Department of
Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, Alcohol and
Drug Abuse Prevention. It is accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for alcohol and drug
services in the areas of residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and
community housing.
