minutes 20 seconds East and along the said centerline of Beck Road 100.0 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 06 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East
1915.04 feet; thence South 48 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East 202.48 feet;
thence South 10 degrees 39 minutes 29 seconds West 1824.80 feet to a point in
the centerline of said Beck Road; thence North 64 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds
West and along the said centerline of Beck Road 20.7 feet; thence North 57

Commencing at a found 1" pipe in the centerline of County Farm Road for the
Southwest corner of said Section 8, thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 17
seconds West 2083.96 feet to a found 3/4" rebar in the centerline of Beck Road,
thence South 57 degrees 04 minutes 34 seconds East 100.03 feet to a found
railroad spike in Beck Road for the point of beginning; thence North 06 degrees
49 minutes 21 seconds East 1915.15 feet to a set 1/2" rebar, thence South 48
degrees 56 minutes 14 seconds East 202.22 feet to a found 1/2" rebar, thence
South 01 degrees 37 minutes 53 seconds west 1824.93 feet to a found railroad
spike in Beck Road; thence North 64 degrees 31 minutes 47 seconds west 20.73
feet to a found railroad spike in Beck Road; thence North 57 degrees 02 minutes
38 seconds West 29.31 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.66 acres
more or less.
