This department has completed its review of the referenced
application and finds that the attached page of corrections to the
plans submitted or other action as indicated is necessary prior to
issuance of the building permit. Unless otherwise indicated, all
of the referenced section numbers are located in the Arkansas Fire
Prevention Code, Volume 1 - 1985 Edition and Volume 2 - 1983
Edition. This application requires a permit fee of $-47.00- and a
plan review fee of $25.00 for a total due of $72.00.

Construction Code Remarks:
1. Provide handrails, guardrails, stair construction and landings per Chapter 11.
2. Provide tie downs as per Appendix "H".
3. Provide equivalent services or provisions for the Physically Disabled or provide access
complying with ANSI Al 17.1 - 1986.
4. All sites shall comply with Act 1100 - 1991 for seismic requirements.
Zoning and Subdivision Remarks:
1. Site placement, skirting and access to these buildings shall meet all applicable City
Ordinances.
2. Verify at the Pulaski Heights Junior High site that the reduction of the eight (8) parking
spaces, will not affect the minimum parking standard of one (1) car per classroom for
elementary grades and six (6) spaces per classroom for grades 7 and up,.
3. The dumpster at Pulaski Heights Junior High should be located for improved access
and pedestrian safety.
